A customer service firm in Sheffield is seeking full-time Inbound Call Centre Agents to provide exceptional customer service from their Church Street office. Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls and updating records. While previous call center experience is advantageous, full training will be provided. The role requires flexibility with working hours between 7 am and 11 pm, and applicants must be within a one-hour commute of the office.
The position is temporary, offering £12.21 per hour.
