Content Creator & Social Media Executive

This is a true standalone marketing position with complete autonomy and creative licence.

This role sits at the heart of our client’s brand owning content creation, social media growth and supporting their ecommerce performance across their online portals. You’ll have complete autonomy to drive the strategy across videography, photography, content creation and social media management.

• Plan, create and edit engaging content for Instagram, Facebook and Linked In
• Shoot short-form video, photography and behind-the-scenes content
• Write compelling captions and on‑brand copy
• Stay ahead of trends and adapt content quickly

• Manage day‑to‑day posting and scheduling
• Grow audience engagement and followers organically
• Monitor comments and community interaction
• Track and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions)

• Update and optimise product listings across online portals
• Improve product descriptions with SEO in mind
• Support promotional campaigns and launches
• Monitor site performance and suggest improvements to increase conversions
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and automation

• 2+ years’ experience in content creation and social media management
• Confident filming, editing and using tools like Cap Cut, Canva or Adobe Suite
• Experience with ecommerce platforms
• Understanding of SEO, analytics and performance metrics
• Commercial awareness you get that content needs to convert
