We are seeking an Estimator/QSto prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for joinery and fit out projects and support the commercial team with delivering live projects.

• Prepare detailed joinery estimates and quotations
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and tender documents
• Take off materials and labour quantities and preliminary requirements.
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and project teams on pricing.
• Understand our client base and their requirements and drivers.
• Support smooth handover from estimating to delivery team.

• Knowledge of construction processes.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• High attention to detail and strong numeracy skills
• Proficiency with Excel and estimating/measurement software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
