Contracts Manager – Steel Framing & Drylining role involving managing a high quality range of steel framing & drylining projects, coordinating a team of subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Travel to site to keep works moving smoothly and ensure project deadlines are met while maintaining project cost plans. Manage all aspects of the contract from tender through to completion. Organise the delivery of all materials needed on site and ensure they arrive on time. Liaise with clients and provide reports for the project. Manage projects ranging in value up to £5m.

• Contracts Manager position dealing with a high quality range of steel framing & drylining projects
• Managing and coordinate a team of subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, within budget and to the required quality standards
• Travel to site, keeping all works moving smoothly and ensuring that project deadlines are adhered to, whilst maintaining project cost plans
• Managing all aspects of the contract from tender through to the completion
• Organising the delivery of all materials that will be needed on site and ensuring they arrive on time
• Liaising with clients and providing reports for the project
• Managing projects ranging in value up-to £5m

• Must have 5+ years as a Contract Manager within Steel Framing Systems, Dry lining or have Building Envelope experience
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams
• Must be a driven, enthusiastic and proactive individual
• Will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Possess good knowledge of the building industry
• High levels of attention to detail
• A sound understanding of building legislation and controls
