An established main contractor specialising in super prime residential refurbishment is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a grand country home in Surrey
.

The project involves extensive refurbishment and extension works to the main house and ancillary buildings.

As one of the finest properties in the UK this has the potential to be a career defining project that will elevate your professional profile.

• Reporting to the Commercial Director
• Overseeing all commercial aspects of the project from procurement to final account
• Managing subcontractor packages and valuations
• Working closely with the project delivery team to maintain cost control and ensure best value

• Experience with high end residential projects (ideally £20m+)
• Strong understanding of 2-stage tender processes
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Ideally degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

• 3–4 days per week on site in Surrey
