Golden Fox Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy. Due to continued project demand, we are looking to appoint an Asbestos Surveyor to support work across commercial and industrial sites only.

• Complete Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys in line with HSG
  264.
• Survey commercial and industrial buildings, including factories, offices and infrastructure assets.
• Collect and document samples of asbestos‑containing materials (ACMs).
• Produce high‑quality technical reports.
• Maintain strict compliance with UKAS procedures and health & safety standards.

• No domestic surveying – commercial and industrial sites only.
• Clear career progression pathways within a large, well‑structured organisation.
• Support towards additional BOHS qualifications and technical training.
• Exposure to major projects and long‑term client frameworks.
• A professional, quality‑driven working environment.

• BOHS P402 qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor.
• Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and HSG
  264.
• Confidence working on complex sites and within regulated environments.
• Full UK driving licence.
