About the RoleAs a Nursery Nurse, you'll work closely with children in their early years, supporting their learning, development, and wellbeing. Every child has extraordinary potential - and you'll play a vital role in helping them unlock it through engaging, creative, and meaningful experiences.
Your day-to-day work will involve:
- Supporting children across a range of abilities and developmental stages
- Assisting with planning and delivering age‑appropriate activities
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and caring environment
- Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- Working collaboratively with teachers and other staff to meet individual needs

Essential Requirements- Experience working with children in an early years setting
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- GCSE Grade C / 4 or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)
- A compassionate, patient, and motivated approach
- A genuine desire to make a meaningful impact on young children's lives
