Business Development Manager – Large Format

Salary: £28k to £35k pa basic (depending on experience)+Generous car allowance OTE £50k pa plus

One of the most dynamic and innovative players in the display graphics game is expanding its business development team.

This award‑winning printer is looking for a candidate who excels in developing business within the large format digital printing arena. The role requires a charismatic communicator with the experience and expertise to offer new and existing clients the best possible solution and the confidence to exercise independent judgement to select a solution for each customer requirement. The experience you bring to the table will simplify the most complex challenges, resulting in ease of process for clients.

Your job will be to develop a core understanding unique to the business needs of the client within the industry they serve.

You must be customer oriented, going the extra mile for every customer, surpassing all expectations in terms of service delivery. Our client believes that great sales people are engaging communicators who commit to maintaining relationships long after the pitch.

Responsibilities
  • Develop new business and nurture existing relationships within the large format digital printing arena.
  • Offer new and existing clients the best possible solution, exercising independent judgement to select a solution for each customer requirement.
  • Maintain customer relationships, going the extra mile and exceeding service delivery expectations.
  • Provide strategic positioning of the company’s products and services based on market and competitor knowledge.
Qualifications
  • Experience in large format digital printing or a related print, packaging or paper sector.
  • Charismatic communication skills and ability to build long‑term client relationships.
  • Ability to simplify complex challenges for clients and exercise independent judgement.
  • Passion for print and continuous learning of market trends and competitors.
