We are recruiting for a Service Administrator to join our team in Sheffield on a full-time, permanent basis.

• Act as the ‘face’ of the dealership and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Collaborate within the service team to load and plan the workshop, maximising utilisation under the direction of the Workshop Controller.
• Handle customer and workshop demands in line with MAN company processes and customer expectations.

• Experience working in a similar dealership or service department environment.
• High standard of Excel and familiarity with parts identifier systems such as ESA Mantis.
• Proven track record within a supervisory capacity is an advantage.
