ROLE: Bodyshop Technician / Panel Beater / MET Technician / Painter

LOCATION: Sheffield

SALARY: £20.00 per hour + bonus + company benefits

HOURS: Monday to Friday 8:00 – 5:00

We are excited to be recruiting for a Bodyshop Technician / Panel Beater / MET Technician / Painter for our clients bodyshop in Sheffield. This is an unrivalled opportunity to join one of the UK’s fastest growing motor groups.

As a Bodyshop Technician / Panel Beater / MET Technician / Painter, you will be responsible for the MET, panel and paint work for customers’ vehicles, readying them for the road ahead. Representing a variety of manufacturers and carrying out work on a diverse range of vehicles and models, you will take great pride in your work, taking complete ownership of your customers and completing your jobs to the highest standard.

• Utilising your expanding knowledge of our manufacturer’s vehicles and features you will be responsible for the of our customers vehicles to an exemplary standard within the express bodyshop.
• Working as part of a capable and motivated team, you will complete MET, panel and paint work.
• You will accurately and skilfully complete and repair customers and internal repairs on cars.
• Upon the completion of jobs, using diagnostic equipment and road testing, you will check the level and quality of work that has been carried out.

• We will consider candidates from all backgrounds who have experience working in the automotive sector within a bodyshop role.
• Fantastic communication skills and thrive working in a challenging yet rewarding environment.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Electric and Hybrid vehicle qualification or certification would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.
• Worked within the bodyshop environment.
