A fantastic opportunity is available for an Administrator to join a dynamic and well-established business. We are a busy and award-winning design, build and maintenance company working predominantly in the leisure and hospitality industries as well as commercial and public sectors.
The Role- Organize and maintain all construction project files and documents.
- Manage emails, phone calls, and communication between team members and clients.
- Prepare reports, letters, meeting minutes, and other official documents.
- Track and control revisions of drawings, contracts, and permits.
- Assist with invoices, payment applications, and expense tracking.
- Process purchase orders and keep records of materials and deliveries.
- Schedule meetings, site visits, and inspections.
- Keep safety records, licenses, and compliance documents up to date.
- Support the project manager with progress updates and timelines.
- Ensure information is accurate, well-documented, and properly filed.
