My client based in CV3 is looking for a sales administrator.
- temporary initially for 3 months- opportunity for permament
- 12.71/ph
- 09:00-17:00
- Monday to Friday (overtime available)
- Entering sales information into our system with great accuracy.
- Liaising with suppliers on expediting orders and requests for quotation.
- Any other administrative duties required within the department
- Responding to any queries via phone and email
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Will be required to liaise with suppliers and customers via email and over the telephone.
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office, to include Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
- Must be accurate in their work and pay great attention to detail. Accuracy is paramount.
- Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must have previous administrative experience
