Mayfair, West End | £35,000–£40,000 + Excellent Benefits & Bonus | Permanent | Full-Time (8am–5pm)

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a polished and professional Corporate Receptionist to join a prestigious Private Equity firm based in the heart of Mayfair. This boutique investment firm has a London office of around 80 employees and is known for its dynamic, high-performing culture and stylish working environment.

Working closely with the Office Manager and Executive Assistants, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering a warm, seamless, and professional welcome. You’ll take ownership of the reception area and front-of-house operations, ensuring meeting rooms are prepared with refreshments and AV set-ups, handling courier deliveries, managing office supplies, and assisting with restaurant bookings and ad hoc administrative tasks.

This is a superb opportunity for someone who thrives in a corporate environment and is looking to grow into office management or facilities in the future. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values high standards and rewards hard work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and guests professionally, offering refreshments and coordinating meeting room logistics
  • Liaise with Executive Assistants and Office Manager for meeting requirements and urgent tasks
  • Organise catering, restaurant bookings, and couriers
  • Oversee office supply inventory and liaise with the building manager as needed
  • Maintain the overall presentation and smooth running of front-of-house
Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience in a corporate reception role
    , ideally within professional services (finance, law, investment)
  • Immaculate presentation and excellent communication skills
  • Proactive, organised, and calm under pressure
  • A team player who’s eager to take on new responsibilities
  • Looking to grow into a broader role in office or facilities management
