We’re looking for an experienced Business Support Administrator to join our growing team to provide essential administrative and customer service support. You’ll be the welcoming face of our Support Centre, ensuring a positive experience for visitors and managing a variety of office tasks. The role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys contributing to team success.
You’ll support internal and external communications and play a vital role in upholding our mission and values. Reporting directly to the Executive Assistant to the CEO/Head of Business Support, you’ll be vital to ensuring smooth business operations.

Aboutthe role
As a Business Support Administrator with Exemplar Health Care, you’ll play a key role in driving efficiency and supporting the success of the team by managing a variety of office tasks and being the first welcoming point of contact for visitors. No two days will ever be the same, but your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:
- Be the first point of contact for Exemplar Health Care Support Centre: greet visitors, answer telephone calls and direct messages promptly and accurately.
- Provide administrative support for the Business Support Team.
- Receive and distribute daily incoming post.
- Manage the Business Support mailbox, proactively dealing with emails and correspondence.
- Provide essential support to the Executive Management Team’s Personal Assistants (PAs), helping with large‑scale projects, booking travel and accommodation.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings through Outlook and handle all catering arrangements for meetings and events.
- Order and distribute supplies such as stationery, catering and cleaning products.
- Assist with the printing, photocopying and collation of necessary materials.
- Raise purchase orders, match them with incoming invoices and maintain records of all financial transactions related to business support activities.
- Plan and coordinate events as needed.
- Adhere to health and safety policies.
- Respect confidentiality at all times.
