We’re looking for an organised and proactive Project Administrator to join our team at Cura Terrae Water providing essential support to our project managers and project teams.

The roleAs a Project Administrator, you’ll play a key role in keeping projects running smoothly. You’ll support project managers by managing schedules, resources, and documentation, while also acting as a first point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
You’ll ensure that projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget by tracking costs, monitoring resources, and assisting with deployment planning. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will help keep project teams coordinated and informed at every stage of delivery.
You’ll also contribute to a safe and collaborative working environment, supporting the team to respond quickly to challenges and maintain high standards of professionalism.
About youYou’ll be an organised and detail-oriented individual, with prior experience in administrative or project support roles.
You’ll be confident in managing competing priorities, working independently, and supporting teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and professionalism are essential, as is proficiency with MS Office and MS Teams.
You’ll ideally have:
- GCSEs or A-levels (degree in Business Administration or related field preferred)
- Experience in project administration or support roles
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g. APM, PRINCE2, Agile)
- Excellent organisational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload and respond flexibly to changing business needs
A proactive, collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement and professional development are key to succeeding in this role.
