Are you looking for a graduate scheme in the Isle of Man? A well‑established, independent Chartered Accountancy firm in Douglas is recruiting three graduates to join its 2026 ACA / ACCA Training Contract Programme.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a high‑achieving final‑year student seeking a long‑term career in accountancy, audit, tax and financial services in the Isle of Man. The firm is particularly keen to hear from candidates who are local to the Island or have strong family connections and intend to build their professional future here.
Salary: £24,000 (base) + fully funded study support (ACCA or ACA) with salary increases after each exam pass.

- £24,000 base salary + funded ACCA or ACA (ICAEW).
- Salary increases after each exam pass (13 exams total).

- 20 days holiday rising to 25 days + study leave.
- 2025 or 2026 graduate, on track for a 2:1 or above and a quantitative A Level.
- Local to the Isle of Man or with strong personal connections to the Island (family, friends etc.).
- Paid work experience, whether that’s in retail, hospitality, or an internship.
- Committed to completing the ACCA or ACA qualification alongside full‑time work.
