Accountancy Practice Manager

Position: Accountancy Practice Manager (Permanent)
We are working with an extremely reputable firm of accountants who are very keen to appoint a strong Accountancy Manager. This person will look after a team of people, both managing them and managing the work-load as well.

Day to day duties will required this person to look after a portfolio of key clients, work with the accounts team on various day to day duties ensuring all area's of the work is met. Managing the team, performingduties, prioritising work, and ensure daily, weekly and monthly targets are met.

This role needs a strong experienced accounts person, who is IT literate, can use various accountancy software proficiently. Lead and motivate a growing team.

Report into the Board and update accordingly.

Be-able to forecast workflow, liaise with clients, see new clients as and when required.

This role is very varied giving the right person, an opportunity to make this role their own.
