W.A. Smith Financial Group located in Sheffield Village, OH is seeking a high-performance Client Engagement Specialist to serve as the first impression of our firm.
This is not a front-desk or passive administrative role. This is a revenue-impacting position directly tied to:
- Lead response speed
- Appointment conversion rates
- Show rates
You will engage prospective clients who have expressed interest in our services and ensure they experience urgency, professionalism, and clarity from the very first interaction.
Speed = Trust.

What You’ll Do:Engage all inbound leads generated from marketing strategies with urgency and professionalism
Reduce response time to new inquiries
Convert qualified prospects into scheduled Retirement Tune-Up appointments
Execute confirmation and reminder processes to increase show rates
Clearly explain what prospects can expect from their first meeting
Maintain spotless Salesforce documentation
Ensure advisors are fully prepared for each appointment
Support structured follow-up strategies for open leads
