Job Description:
North Coast Design Build is currently seeking a student in his/her senior year of Civil Engineering or Construction Management or an individual that has obtained a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree for a Construction Coordinator/Project Engineer position for our Sheffield Lake, Ohio office.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting project managers or field supervisors with project coordination
- Reviewing subcontractor change orders
- Estimating cost for change orders, and follow-up on all change orders and returns/credits
- Soliciting bidders
- Scheduling of various material deliveries
- Document control
- Coordination of subcontractors
- Review of field documentation
- Participation in team/owner meetings
- Writing RFI’s
- Fostering positive relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, end users, and Project Managers
Qualifications:
- Graduating with a construction management, civil engineering or other related field of study
- Minimal travel required
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Proficient in Microsoft products
- Ability to prioritize work and meet project deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good attention to detail, with the ability to recognize discrepancies
- Strong work ethic – Highly motivated and willing to do what it takes to get the job done right
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
