Trainee Estate Agent / Sales Adviser (Sheerness) at Haart Estate Agents.
OverviewJoin our successful team in Sheerness as a Sales Adviser and become a key part of driving business growth for our estate agency. This role is field‑based, centred on canvassing, prospecting new business, and lead generation to drive growth and brand awareness in your local area.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure daily/weekly/monthly business targets are met.
- Act as custodian of Spicerhaart Ways for valuation generation activities within the branch operation.
- Communicate with valuation opportunities via ROSIE software, high outbound call volumes.
- Ensure call‑out campaigns and ROSIE operating standards are fulfilled.
- Attend morning meetings with updates on valuation pipeline.
- Lead canvassing champion with structured door‑knocking and zonal canvassing strategy.
- Engage in daily 1:1 meetings with line manager for coaching and business development.
- Manage portal opportunities via Rightmove Opportunity Manager and On The Market Valuation Manager.
- Respond to intranet leads.
- Use ROSIE for Local Owner to Sell (LOTS) customers communication.
- Generate referral business through customer engagement.
- Engage in local canvassing and prospecting activities (social media, door knocking, telephone prospecting, leaflet distribution).
- Take inbound calls, register applicants, identify and close valuation, viewing, and financial services opportunities.
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
- Own vehicle in good condition, with proof of business insurance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic IT proficiency and keen eye for detail.
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (immigration documentation).
- Right to work evidence (passport or birth certificate).
- £25,000 basic salary, up to £42,000 including commission.
- Full‑time hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays, 9am to 5pm Saturday.
