Job Description

As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol Driver in Sheboygan Falls, WI
, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical and more. You will monitor and patrol a chemical facility location, help deter security‑related incidents, and maintain a secure environment. This unarmed role requires driving responsibilities. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. The position values agility, reliability, and integrity.

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: Mon 04:00 PM – 12:00 AM, Tue 04:00 PM – 12:00 AM, Sat 04:00 PM – 12:00 AM, Sun 04:00 PM – 12:00 AM

What You’ll Do
  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following established protocols for chemical and petrochemical environments.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to deter unauthorized access and monitor for unusual activity.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to deter unauthorized entry and protect property.
  • Observe and report any irregularities or hazards to Allied Universal management or client representatives.
  • Assist with access control procedures, verifying credentials and/or identification for individuals entering the location.
  • Maintain detailed logs and incident reports as required by site‑specific policies and allied protocols.
  • Collaborate with site personnel and first responders during emergencies, following all site‑specific guidelines and procedures.
Minimum Requirements
  • Proof of high school diploma or GED.
  • A valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Access control or badge experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift more than 20 pounds preferred.
  • Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Applicants will be subject to background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • Applicants will be subject to drug screening to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
  • Valid driver’s license required only for driving positions.
