Outside Sales Representative

• Sell Genius® and other payment solutions to small and mid-sized businesses in various industries
• Develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline through prospecting and networking
• Deliver consultative presentations to demonstrate how solutions improve operations and customer loyalty
• Collaborate with the District Manager to identify new sales opportunities and close deals
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in CRM systems

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• Minimum of two years of relevant B2B sales experience
• Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or merchant services
• Valid driver's license and ability to spend at least 75% of time in the field

• Familiarity with the restaurant or retail industries
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for face-to-face and virtual selling
• High energy, self-motivated, and competitive attitude
