YourResponsibilities
- Sell & Lease RVs:
Meet monthly sales targets by guiding customers through the process of purchasing new and used RVs. - Customer Engagement:
Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and recommend the right RV to enhance their adventures. - Product Knowledge:
Stay informed on the latest RV models, features, and industry trends to effectively present products to customers. - Sales Paperwork:
Write detailed sales orders and handle all required paperwork to ensure a smooth and transparent transaction process. - Follow-up:
Maintain an organized follow-up system with past and potential customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. - Test Drives:
Lead customers on test drives, ensuring a positive experience and addressing any concerns they may have. - Product Presentation:
Demonstrate RV features and benefits, including optional equipment, to help customers make an informed decision. - Post-Sale Support:
Assist customers with the delivery process, ensuring they understand the operating features and maintenance needs of their new RV. - Customer Service Excellence:
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues that arise. - Compliance:
Ensure all sales processes comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Education:
High school diploma or GED; higher education or related experience is a plus. - Experience:
Sales experience is preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidate. - Skills:
Strong communication and customer service skills; ability to negotiate and close sales. - Knowledge:
Basic understanding of RV models, features, and benefits, or a willingness to learn. - Ethics:
Conduct business with integrity and professionalism, adhering to dealership policies and best practices. - Licensing: A valid driver’s license is required, and state sales licenses may be necessary.
