Stocking Team Associate

Overview

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.

• The hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. The rate falls within the range of $14 - $27 per hour.
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in circumstances such as schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
