Shift Manager

About the Role

As a Shift Manager at Popeyes, you’re not just overseeing the shift—you’re setting the pace, empowering your team, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied. Your leadership directly contributes to the restaurant’s culture, performance, and reputation.

• Run the Shift – Lead day-to-day operations including opening/closing, food prep, and quality control.
• Team Support – Train and coach crew members to meet performance and service standards.
• Guest Satisfaction – Deliver a friendly, fast, and accurate experience for every customer.
• Compliance & Cleanliness – Maintain food safety, sanitation, and QSR brand standards.
• Problem Solving – Handle guest concerns and resolve operational issues on the spot.
• Administrative Duties – Complete shift reports, track attendance, and support labor planning.

• Previous leadership experience in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant (required).

• Passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and a people-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a high-volume setting.
• Understanding of food safety guidelines and restaurant operations.
• A fun, positive, and energetic attitude that inspires team success.

Compensation: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour
