Full‑time, 0.8 FTE or part‑time

$36.00 – $44.00 / hourly, based on experience

M‑F, 8 AM to 4:30 PM

• 1‑Week On‑Call:
  Starts Friday at 4:30 PM and ends the following Friday at 8:00 AM.
• 24‑Hour Weekend On‑Call:
  Required every 5th or 6th weekend.
• Eligible team members receive an additional incentive for fulfilling these duties.

Within and surrounding areas of Sheboygan, Wisconsin

• RN License in state of Wisconsin, required
• Current, valid driver's license, required
• 1 year of home health preferred
