Center Operating Hours

Monday: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Tuesday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Saturday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Sunday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Schedules will be assigned within these operating hours.

As an LPN, you will play a key role in ensuring patients feel welcomed, informed, and cared for throughout their visit. This role is ideal for nurses seeking a non-acute care setting with consistent workflow, strong teamwork, and predictable operations.

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of patient intake forms
• Take and record vital signs
• Greet patients and guide them through their visit
• Provide clear and compassionate aftercare instructions
• Maintain a professional, welcoming, and patient-centered environment
• Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative team members

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based setting
