Position Title: Production

Wage: $25.32 - $30.31/Hour

Shift: 2nd & 3rd Shift

Hours: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM or 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM (Sunday - Thursday)

QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available in Production at a company in Sheboygan, WI. This is a direct hire position for 2nd or 3rd shift. Apply today!

Production Responsibilities:
- Setting up and operating various production machinery and equipment
- Packaging products by boxing, taping, labeling, and palletizing
- Collaborating with extruder operators to monitor product quality and correct item counts
- Mixing materials accurately in boxes and machinery
- Inspecting products regularly for quality issues
- Operating forklifts and performing material handling tasks safely

Requirements For Production:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior operation or manufacturing experience; plastics or extrusion experience preferred
- Basic math, computer, reading and comprehension skills
- Ability to walk/stand for 8-12 hours
- Regularly lifting 40-50 pounds
- Strong communication skills and ability to read work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environments
- Ability to work in varying temperatures
- Forklift certification
