Extension, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician III for a growing manufacturing client in Sheboygan, WI. This is a direct-hire opportunity with a stable organization that values safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.
Schedule- Full-time
- Shift: 1st
- Pay Range: $32–$40/hour (based on experience)
- Perform routine maintenance, advanced troubleshooting, and repairs on production machinery, PLCs, AC/DC drives, and facility systems
- Read and interpret electrical schematics; execute and support preventive maintenance programs and PM updates
- Complete and document work orders; maintain parts inventory and report material needs
- Assist with equipment installs, rebuilds, and upgrades while supporting contractors, facility upkeep, and off-shift production needs
- 5+ years of industrial electrical/mechanical maintenance experience with strong troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Advanced PLC and AC/DC drive diagnostics; ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
- Hands-on experience with fabrication, welding, basic machining, milling, and maintaining CNC saws, conveyors, high-pressure pumps, and mixing systems
- Knowledge of robotic/automated systems and strong understanding of NFPA 70E and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety procedures
