JOB REQUIREMENTS:
SUMMARY:
Packaging, winding or bundling plastic parts
- Visually inspect parts to meet customer specifications, tape measure, caliper or other measuring devices; record measurements and visually inspect parts.
- Ensure the proper number of pieces per box, bundle, or the right footage per reel.
- Assemble cardboard boxes or reels for packaging parts. Place labels on boxes or reels.
- Place finished boxes or reels on a pallet. Wrap or band pallets of finished product.
- Move finished product using a pallet jack, weigh scrap material, fill out the scrap ticket and grind material if required.
- Knowledge of reading and understanding blueprints is necessary.
