Position: Level 2 and 3 Welders Needed

We are seeking skilled level 2 and 3 Welders. This is a full‑time position with a local facility focusing on heavy steel fabrication. This role is hands‑on and focuses mainly on MIG welding (especially using 3/32 wire) and fabricating steel components. You’ll be working with structure, tubing, and heavy steel, so prior structural welding experience is a must. We are seeking 2 plus years of experience for level 2 welders (mostly Flux Core).

We are seeking 4 plus years of experience for level 3 welders (3/32 Wire). Pay is based on experience and a weld test. We offer a very strong and competitive wage for the area and industry.

  • Shift: 2nd shift available. 3pm - 1am Monday through Thursday Schedule
  • Pay: based on previous experience and weld test
  • Health insurance, vision, and dental available after 90 days of employment.
  • PTO is offered during first 30 days of employment.
  • Overtime is Available
  • Weekly Pay!
  • At least 2 years of experience in structural welding or fabrication
  • Strong MIG welding skills, especially on thick steel
  • Comfortable reading blueprints and tape measures
  • Basic math skills (fraction‑to‑decimal conversions)
  • Experience working at heights (ladders and scissor lifts)
  • Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
  • Safety‑minded with PPE and jobsite awareness
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Must be willing to work overtime if needed
Job Duties
  • MIG welding steel components with strong, clean welds
  • Air Arc Gouging
  • Welding thick steel and structural materials
  • Fabricating custom parts to spec
  • Reading blueprints and using tape measures accurately
  • Performing weld tests to ensure quality and strength
  • Converting fractions to decimals as needed for measurements
  • Working at heights using platform ladders and scissor lifts
  • Following safety procedures and keeping a clean work area
