• Setup, run, rotate positions, teardown, and inspection of equipment in your area including hot water washes all by following proper safety lock out tag out procedures.
• Operate inspection equipment including Dumpers, X‑Rays, and the production line.
• Take ownership for daily accurate SAP documentation of products/supplies (including scanning, counting to verify materials, and document quantities).
• Complete production documentation paperwork accurately.
• Support the proper cleaning of plastic combos through combo wash.
• Effectively perform Fat Analysis
