Shift: 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm (2nd Shift)

Rehlko is looking for a dynamic and outgoing individual as a Materials Supervisor on 2nd Shift. Under the direction of the Materials Manager, this position is responsible for all activities related to material receipt, storage, control and internal distribution at the Rehlko Power Systems facility located in Mosel, WI. Working with scheduling & production, this position will ensure the production lines are in constant supply of material with minimal loss in productivity or inventory.

• Conduct monthly safety training for all areas of responsibility and ensure associates are working safely including wearing all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Report, investigate and follow through on all safety issues in assigned area.
• Schedule associates, set expectations and monitor progress to ensure on‑time delivery of material to point of use with quality.
• Own proper storage of material and maintain optimal inventory accuracy as shared by the Materials Manager – Mosel.
• Ensure associates follow appropriate non‑conformance and LOTO procedures.
• Hold associates accountable to safety/quality/performance/attendance standards.
• Coordinate the training and development of associates to meet job expectations.
• Ensure associates have all equipment necessary to perform the job and that equipment condition is maintained per Materials Manager – Mosel directives.
• Resolve any union grievances with the assistance of Materials Manager – Mosel.
