Maintenance Supervisor​/Manager

Job Details Duties and Responsibilities

• Motivating, supporting and providing guidance to maintenance staff
• Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident-free.
• Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production
• Evaluating machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime.
• Ensure that spare parts, components, and tools needed for maintenance are always available by ordering, forecasting, and monitoring material inventories.
• Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations
• Develop, implement, monitor, and optimize the organizations maintenance management plan in accordance with its goals to improve uptime and minimize costs.
• Developing workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, Industrial Maintenance, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience in manufacturing, facilities management, or related industry.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
