Responsibilities- As a Branch Manager, set the standards on delivering exceptional service to both new and existing customers, guiding them through securing financial services.
- Drive Branch Growth:
Implement marketing plans, build business relationships, and manage daily operations to meet goals. - Lead Loan Processes:
Oversee new and refinanced loans, ensuring compliance and delivering outstanding customer service. - Address Delinquency:
Proactively manage delinquent accounts with urgency. - Be a Hands-On Leader:
Set the standard for customer service and sales, addressing customer concerns with professionalism. - Develop Your Team:
Coach, mentor, and develop careers; lead by example and foster a culture of service excellence. - Manage Performance:
Conduct evaluations, offer feedback, and partner with Talent Acquisition for recruitment. - Ensure Efficient Operations:
Handle scheduling, payroll, and expenses to ensure smooth branch operations.
- Community Impact:
Demonstrated ability to positively impact the community through customer service, project management, or team support. - Leadership and Influence: 1-2 years of leadership/management experience with proven influence and growth.
- Career Development:
Commitment to career advancement with a history of taking on new challenges and continuous learning. - Customer Guidance:
Experience guiding clients through processes, providing support and advice. - Team Support:
Ability to support and grow team members in a collaborative environment. - Educational Background:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus. - Industry
Experience:
1-2 years in consumer finance, lending, or banking preferred.

Hours:
Full Time - Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm with evenings and weekends based on business needs/peak seasons
Base Salary: $55,500 - $82,500
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based on the U.S. average. The actual base salary offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.
