Custodian - Third Shift

Acuity is seeking a Custodian - Third Shift to maintain a high level of custodial detail for Acuity's executive space, including private and open offices, restrooms, a kitchenette, conference rooms, and common areas; dispose of confidential paperwork; and provide third‑shift custodial coverage outside of the executive area as needed.

Internal Final date to receive applications:
February 20th, 2026

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

* Details executive offices, administrative assistant offices and common spaces.

* Vacuums carpet.

* Dusts millwork, including overhead up to 20'.

* Cleans 7 restrooms.

* Cleans kitchenette.

* Practices secure paper disposal.

* Maintains ceramic tile and vinyl composition floor.

* Near perfect attendance and schedule flexibility to meet the ongoing demands of a dynamic environment/facility.

* Regular and predictable attendance.

* Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

High School diploma.

EXPERIENCE:

Custodial maintenance required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

* Confidentiality.

* Strong organizational, teamwork, and conflict resolution skills.

* Ability to lift 75 pounds.

* Valid driver license.

* Ability to work under pressure, set priorities, multi-task and meet deadlines.

* Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with management, maintenance personnel, and service contractors.
