As a Compliance Specialist
, you ll be the go-to resource for regulatory guidance, helping our teams navigate complex compliance requirements while maintaining a strong culture of accountability. Your work ensures that Kohler Credit Union continues to operate with transparency, consistency, and excellence.

• Monitor federal and state regulations, update policies, procedures, and member communications
• Maintain a comprehensive compliance library and ensure reporting deadlines are met

• Support risk assessments, audits, and regulatory examinations
• Identify compliance gaps and recommend process improvements

• Provide guidance to teams on regulatory requirements
• Develop and deliver compliance training to staff
• Collaborate with departments to integrate compliance into daily operations

• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications a plus
• 2-4 years of compliance experience, preferably in credit unions or financial services
• Willingness to obtain and maintain the Credit Union Compliance Officer (CUCO) designation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret and apply regulations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to upholding regulatory requirements and promoting a culture of compliance
