Architectural Project Manager Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Project Manager to oversee multiple small to medium-sized projects through all phases of design and construction. The ideal candidate will coordinate all aspects of assigned projects, estimate the scope of work, and prepare strategic plans to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution. This role serves as the primary liaison to the client, ensuring that the program, schedule, budget, and scope of work are completed to the client's satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Manage multiple small to medium-sized projects through all phases of design and construction.
- Coordinate all aspects of assigned projects, including estimating scope of work and preparing strategic plans for project success.
- Serve as the primary client liaison to ensure project completion aligns with the client's program, schedule, budget, and scope of work.
- Lead team communications and coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Estimate fees, determine the scope of work, and prepare proposals and contracts.
- Provide project team assignments, oversee work for accuracy, omissions, and legibility.
- Keep the principal architect informed of project progress.
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field.
- 5+ years' experience in all phases of design and construction.
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning ordinances, and other regulations.
- Experience with Revit.
Contract to Hire position based out of Sheboygan, WI.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $33.00 - $45.00/hr.
