This full-time, permanent Senior HVAC Project Engineer & Manager position is with an employee-oriented, family-owned HVAC systems provider serving industrial, commercial, and residential markets. The company values its employees highly, with many having over 15 years of service. The role is available due to an upcoming retirement. The work environment is flexible and laid-back, with fewer than 100 employees.

Responsibilities include:

• Quoting, planning, and designing industrial and heavy commercial HVAC systems
• Collaborating with field employees, coworkers, customers, and contractors
• Tracking project deadlines and costs
• Mentoring, directing, and supervising staff
• Traveling within the state to job sites

Candidate requirements:

• 6+ years of industrial or heavy commercial HVAC project management experience
• 6+ years of experience in quoting, planning, and designing HVAC systems
• Ability to travel within the state (no overnight stays)
