Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Froedtert Theda Care, a highly successful northeast Wisconsin non-profit health system, seeks a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician for our Sheboygan, WI location. Practice Highlights:

• Full- and part-time opportunities to practice outpatient-based family medicine, with procedural opportunities if desired
• 1.0 FTE consists of 35 patient contact hours plus 4 hours of dedicated administrative time weekly
• Option for a four- or five-day workweek
• Join an established team of 2 physicians and 2 APPs
• Strong organizational infrastructure with nursing, administrative, and specialty support
• Epic EMR utilized system-wide with integrated DAX copilot and Dragon dictation tools

Clinic Hours: M-F 7:00a-6:00p

Call Rotation: 1:7 outside of normal clinic hours with nurse triage taking the first call.

• Income Details:
• Two-year salary guarantee providing financial stability during practice start-up
• Transition to a production-based compensation plan in year three, rewarding productivity and growth
