Minimum Qualifications:
  • Current dental hygienist license in Wisconsin and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required).
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient screening.
  • CPR Certification.
Preferred Experience:
  • No years of clinical experience required; we welcome new graduates!
  • Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems is a plus.
  • A desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet patient needs.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds.
  • Availability to attend virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
  • A tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions.
