Position Summary:
As a Student Customer Service Representative, you’ll serve as the friendly face for customers daily. You’ll help people with their money, ensure transactions are accurate, and recommend services that assist them in meeting their financial goals. It’s a great way to learn about banking, customer service, and teamwork while building essential skills.
- Help customers understand their financial options.
- Recommend bank products based on customer needs.
- Greet and assist customers with a positive, friendly attitude.
- Process everyday banking transactions – cashing checks, making deposits, and withdrawals.
- Work closely with teammates to keep the branch running smoothly.
- Friendly attitude and strong people skills.
- Ability to work with computers and basic software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Clear communication by phone, email, and in person.
- Ability to stay calm and helpful—even when busy.
- Dependability, attention to detail, and pride in your work.
- Willingness to learn new things and take on challenges.
