We are seeking a seasoned Senior Superintendent to lead field operations for a landmark multifamily project in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.

Salary: $120,000 - $170,000 per year.

Take the helm of a high‑profile project from groundbreaking through completion, working with a collaborative and forward‑thinking team.

• Oversee all on‑site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, field staff, and suppliers to maintain project momentum.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to resolve issues and drive progress.
• Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and site documentation.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Represent the project in owner and stakeholder meetings as the senior field leader.

• 10+ years of experience in commercial or multifamily construction, with at least 5 years in a superintendent or senior superintendent role.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale projects ($100 M+ preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Deep understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field coordination.
• OSHA 30 certification required; additional safety credentials a plus.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and other construction management tools is highly desirable.
