Overview

Salary: $80,000 to $150,000 base plus bonus depending upon experience and qualifications.
Senior Construction Project Manager - Commercial Responsibilities- Submittal and shop drawings
- Purchasing
- Coordinating subcontractors
- Conducting job site progress meetings
- Invoices/Pay applications
- Approval of all subcontract pay requests
- Help gather all project close outs; operation and maintenance manual information
- Proven experience as a leader in the commercial construction industry
- Valid Driver s License and insurability
