Compass Group - - Responsibilities:
Setting up new customer accounts in our billing system;
Assisting customers with questions about their invoices or deliveries and working with operations on how to address the issues;
Making sure credit cards on file get charged on a regular basis;
Making sure that invoices are reviewed daily and sent out on a regular basis either by email or physical copies;
Keeping system up to date when it comes to equipment which affects rental billing
