PositionSecurity Officer Flex Patrol Driver in Sheboygan Falls, WI — provide protective security across client sites, with a focus on driving and patrol responsibilities. This is a flex part‑time opportunity where you can build a schedule that works for you. ScheduleTuesday 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM (example schedule shown in original posting). Must be able to pick up additional hours when needed.
What You’ll Do- Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a chemical manufacturing location.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, process areas, storage yards, loading and unloading points, and perimeter fencing to deter unauthorized activity and hazardous conditions that could impact operations.
- Monitor access points and controlled areas, verify credentials as required, and direct visitors and contractors according to site procedures and hazard communication requirements.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and public responders when needed.
- Complete detailed reports and daily activity logs, document unusual occurrences, and communicate key information during shift transitions.
- Proof of high school diploma and/or GED.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Background investigation required in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- Drug screen required to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
