As part of our manufacturing leadership and support group, you’ll help ensure production and maintenance Members have the resources and support needed to work safely and efficiently. The group will also ensure the products we produce are of only the highest quality and ready for consumers to enjoy.

As a Redzone Coordinator, you’ll be at the forefront of digital transformation in our manufacturing operations. You will lead further deployment and optimization of the Redzone platform to empower frontline teams, drive performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Lead further deployment and configuration of all Redzone modules both domestically and internationally
• Ensure process and system standardization across the organization through development of processes and ownership of Master data setup in Redzone
• Monitor and maintain data integrity through proper use of targets, rates, data sheets, naming conventions etc.
• Train and coach frontline teams and leadership on effective use of Redzone tools.
• Monitor platform usage and drive adoption across all operations through standardized audits and scorecards
• Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute improvement projects
  • Analyze operational data to uncover inefficiencies and recommend solutions
  • Support Kaizen events, root cause analysis, and problem-solving workshops
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs, OEE, downtime, and other metrics
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on Redzone analytics
  • Present findings to leadership and support strategic decision-making
• Champion a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement focused on delivering value to the customer
• Develop daily huddles and team engagement activities using Redzone to foster greater collaboration and problem solving

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, required
• Experience with in Continuous Improvement, Operations Management, or Digital Transformation within the food industry, strongly preferred
• Hands-on experience with Redzone or similar digital productivity platforms, required

• Ability to inspire and engage teams to adopt new technologies and processes, fostering accountability and continuous improvement
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data visualization tools
• Effective communication and project coordination skills across multiple plant environments
• Demonstrated leadership in influencing change and driving team alignment toward operational goals

• Travel: 20% of your time
