* Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

*** Required to understand and follow all company policies and procedures
* Ensure that all guards and safety equipment have been installed and properly checked
* Required to meet or exceed production standards
* Required to maintain quality standards on all products
* Safely load and unload machinery with the proper tooling and product as directed by team leader or supervisor
* Maintain good housekeeping practices throughout the department
* Responsible to maintain a safe working environment for all employees
* Requires regular attendance per the schedule assigned by supervisor
* Required to understand and follow all safety policies and procedures
* Required to understand and follow work procedures as set forth by all ISO documentation
* Read and interpret blueprints whenever required by operation
* Select the proper tooling and process set-up as directed by team leader or supervisor
* Perform other tasks as assigned
* Adhere to ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 14001 Environmental, and OSHAS 18001 certification requirements##
* Required Skills/Abilities:
** A thorough understanding of the hazard communication program
* Must have a total understanding of the shop packets released to the shop floor
* Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within manufacturing environment##

* Education and Experience:

** High school diploma or its equivalent, desired## ##
* Working Conditions /

Physical Requirements:

** Typical office/factory environment with possibility of exposure to heat in production areas
* Must be able to lift 50 lbs in a safe manner
* Clarity of vision and the ability to focus on a fast and repetitious operation for extended period of time
* Exposure to heavy equipment or components need to produce product (safety toed shoes required)
* Exposure to sparks, chips, and dust (eye protection required)
* Must be capable of maintaining a 40-hour workweek and working overtime as needed
* Must be able to perform repetitive motion.  Examples: walking, reaching, bending, twisting, stooping, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods of time
* Exposure to machine noise levels (hearing protection required)
* Exposure to electrical and mechanical moving parts
* Exposure to extreme seasonal temperature conditions
