Marketing Assistant

Finley & Cook is looking for an entry-level Marketing Assistant to join our in-house Marketing team. This role is creative and execution-focused, supporting the team through hands‑on design and production work.

This position is in-office, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. in Shawnee, Oklahoma

• Create and update marketing materials using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator
• Support creative projects using Canva
• Assist with Word Press content updates and formatting
• Prepare materials for events, training, and digital use
• Follow established brand standards and templates
• Organize design files and assist with day-to-day marketing support

• Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Illustrator
• Experience using Canva
• Familiarity with Word Press or similar content management systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow direction
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a structured environment
• Willingness to learn firm processes and brand standards

• College degree not required
• Practical experience, coursework, certification, or a portfolio demonstrating creative ability accepted in place of a degree
• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
