Job Summary:

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Products and Innovations team and will be responsible for the successful completion of projects. You will be actively participating in the build, test, and support phases. You will be working closely with a global team of Product Architects, Product Leads, and other project team members to ensure that all requirements and deadlines are on track.

As you gain experience and understanding of our products you will be expected to take on the role of Technical Lead, owning the technical solution and working in partnership with a Product Lead to deliver and maintain our innovative applications.

Areas of focus within this role include build, test, and document features to the requirements provided. Manage assigned tasks and any assigned development resources. Participate in architectural discussions and new system/technology research. Ensure quality control to facilitate the success of our products.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Work with internal and external clients and stakeholders to gather and align requirements
• Create and execute requirements for software components within a larger project
• Estimating level of effort, evaluate options or alternative technology/services
• Performing technical root cause analysis and outline corrective action for given problems
• Develop and execute test plans
• Utilize software development tools to develop, test, debug, and deploy quality software
• Utilize tools such as Git in the software development process
• Providing reliable solutions to a variety of problems using sound problem solving techniques
• Create and archive all necessary documentation related to assigned requirements
• Manage assigned project resources. This could include both people and technology

Education and Experience:

5+ years of experience working with on software development projects

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Experience working in Java, Java Script, PHP, SQL, Mongo
  
  DB, Node.
  
  JS, and React
• Experience working with web APIs.
• Experience working with multiple large scale, complex projects.
• Experience managing and/or mentoring junior resources.
• Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment
• Willingness for flexible scheduling to meet processing demands
• Strong sense of urgency, proactive approach, and a solid focus on results

Salary Range

• The salary range for this position will likely be $112,500-$155,000. However, compensation above or below that range may be offered depending on experience.

Physical Requirements:

• This position requires periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
